What is a Pre-order?
You can order Preorder items before they are released or restocked. This helps fund the production and in return, you can get them at lower prices! Shipping date estimates can be found on the Preorder page.
Can I order Pre-order and In Stock items together?
If you place an order with both Pre-order and In Stock items, we will ship them together when the Preorder items are available.
If you prefer to receive the In Stock items first, please order the In Stock vs Pre-order items separately.
Shipping Related
Where do you ship from?
Your orders are packed and shipped by us from Italy :)
Occasionally, certain Preorders will be fulfilled when we are in Hong Kong, which would be noted in the Preorder page.
When is the shipping time?
We will process your order in 5-7 business days. After your package is handed in at the post office, the delivery time estimates are as follows:
- Italy: 1 - 5 business days
- Europe: 3 - 7 business days
- America and Asia: 5 - 10 business days
- Other destinations: 5 - 15 business days
These timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, custom inspections or other factors out of our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What are Standard vs Tracked shipping?
Standard shipping has a lower cost but your package will NOT be tracked. If you are concerned or prone to lost mail, Tracked shipping is also available. Please consider this as we are not liable for issues caused by courier services.
Will I be charged custom fees when my package arrives?
Typically, there are no custom or import fees for your packages to North America and EU countries. However, certain countries may charge custom or import fees on packages. These will not be charged during check-out, so recipients will be responsible for them upon arrival. Please contact us if you're concerned about this.
After Ordering
I want to change my address.
We can help change your address ONLY IF your package has not been shipped. Once a package is dispatched, we are not able to make amendments. Please contact us immediately to see if you’re in time to change!
Where is my package?
After we ship your package, the Italy and your local couriers will be responsible for the delivery. If you selected Standard shipping without tracking, we will NOT have information about the movements of your package.
If you selected Tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email, which you can look up here:
I have not received my package.
If 65 days has passed since you placed the order, please contact us and we will try our best to help!
We can reship to you ONLY IF your package is returned to us and you purchase the reshipping fee.
Are returns or refunds accepted for personal reasons?
No, all sales are final. Please be certain before making a purchase.
Custom / wholesale orders
Are you open to commissions?
Yes, thank you for your interest! Please email us for pricing info.
Can I order custom stickers / keychains / bags etc?
To order a custom item, you must purchase a digital commission first. We’d be happy to make the artwork into holographic stickers and prints, and ship them to you. Other items like keychains, standees and tote bags may be possible, depending on quantity and timing.
